China Technology Development Group Corporation NASDAQ:CTDC

Authorized by Qinghai Development and Reform Commission, Northwest Hydro Consulting Engineers Institute, a national design firm directly under China Hydropower Engineering Consulting Group, has made site survey in Qaidam Basin and outlined the initial development planning as following:

* Additional grid-connected solar power installation capacity as of 2009~2010 is 200MW and total investment amounts to US $ 1.0 billion;

* Additional grid-connected solar power installation capacity as of 2011~2015 is 3000MW and total investment amounts to US $ 13.7 billion;

* Additional grid-connected solar power installation capacity as of 2016-2020 is 4300MW, and total investment amounts to US $ 19.6 billion;

* Additional grid-connected solar power installation capacity as of 2016-2020 is 12500MW, and total investment amounts to US $ 57.0 billion.
